Black History Month
Black History Month is celebrated nationally each year in February. It is a time to highlight the contributions and achievements of African American individuals, as well as their struggles for freedom and equality in the United States.
The Redford Township District Library will honor Black History Month this February with programs, craft kits, storytimes, and recommended online book lists. The Library will also host the Fork in Nigeria on February 16th, from 12-3:00 pm.
