Great Lakes Water Authority works with low-income residents to apply for water bill payment assistance. If you are eligible, you will be given an appointment to meet with a Direct Service Specialist (DSS) at one of the many Wayne Metro sites throughout Wayne County.
WRAP Connect Center hours are 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All applicants and program participants should call (313) 386-WRAP (9727) or fill out a Service Request form and a customer service representative will contact you within two business days.
